Oxymetal is seeking a logistics island supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day shipping operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will organize and prioritize your team’s activities according to schedules, ensure on‑time product availability, and adapt the workflow during absences or emergencies.

You will use ERP systems and standard tools to capture data, edit documents, and monitor KPIs. Candidates should have a technical logistics Baccalaureate, 5–10 years of industry experience, and

• Technical Baccalaureate in logistics
• 5–10 years of professional experience
• Experience in the industry preferred
• Proficient with computer tools and an ERP system
• Holds CACES 1 and 3 certificates

Responsabilités

• Organize and prioritize the team’s activities based on supply and delivery schedules
• Guarantee availability of products within planned deadlines
• Adapt organization in case of absence or emergency to ensure continuity
• Ensure compliance with customer/supplier requirements and internal procedures
• Capture entry/exit data in the ERP

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you ensure the operational management of your island and ensure the smooth flow of shipping activities.

In this capacity, you will be expected to:

• Organize and prioritize the team’s activities based on the supply and delivery schedules;
• Guarantee the availability of the products within the planned deadlines;
• Adapting the organization in case of absence or emergency to ensure the continuity of operations;
• Ensure compliance with customer and supplier requirements, as well as with internal procedures and protocols;
• Ensure the entry and/or exit data is captured in the ERP;
• Edit delivery notes and preparation documents;
• Track the performance indicators (KPIs) of your island;
• Checking the compliance of receipts and shipments with the associated documents
• Accompanying and training logistics agents in order to develop their versatility;
• Identify the areas of progress and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Is this job right for you?

With a technical Baccalaureate in logistics, you have between 5 and 10 years of professional experience.

You must have some industry experience.

You are proficient in using computer tools and an ERP system.

You hold the CACES 1 and 3 certificates.

The position is available during the day.
