Forvia is seeking a Warehouse Manager/Program Logistics to lead planning and optimize logistics throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, inventory accuracy, space utilization, and cross-functional collaboration with PC&L. You will drive project schedules from prototype to production launch and mentor the shopfloor team while maintaining HSE compliance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment, automotive preferred.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a project-driven environment.

Responsabilités

Overseeing logistics processes, including receiving, delivery, TPA preparation, and alert escalation.
Ensuring inventory accuracy and stock reliability.
Driving team performance by optimizing space utilization and improving operational efficiency.
Leading the shopfloor logistics team and supporting career development initiatives.
Ensuring project planning and optimizing logistics flows from prototype to production launch.
Developing project activity schedules and monitoring deviations.
Analyzing logistics and financial impacts of project changes.
