You will coordinate between customers, carriers, and production teams to ensure on-time product delivery and high service quality. The role emphasizes optimizing transportation, overseeing ocean freight, and driving continuous improvement through data tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
Proven experience in team management and operational leadership.
Strong analytical skills with data tools and process automation experience.
Proficient in English for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

Managing Transportation Operations: ensure information for shipments; optimize transportation plans; resolve escalations.
Oversee Ocean Freight Activities: coordinate packaging operations; oversee maritime shipments with freight forwarder.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: proactive communication with customers; manage alerts and respond to risks.
Develop Carrier Performance: monitor KPIs; lead performance reviews; drive improvements with partners.
Contribute to the Transformation of the Department: drive continuous improvement; support digitalization initiatives.
