SoTalent is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Supply Chain & Distribution of pharmaceutical products across France and overseas territories, aligned with European strategy. You will coordinate outsourced logistics from receipt to final disposition, develop KPIs, dashboards, and lead monthly reviews with providers, while driving continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate outsourced logistics operations from product receipt through final disposition, ensuring service levels and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare KPIs and dashboards and lead monthly business reviews with logistics providers.
• Analyse operational trends and lead continuous improvement projects using reporting tools (Celonis, BOBJ, BI).
• Identify and lead logistics projects focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory accuracy across systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Support Supply Chain budget preparation, variance analysis and reporting.

About the Role

A logistics coordination opportunity supporting the Supply Chain function in the distribution of pharmaceutical products across France and overseas territories, aligned with European supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outsourced logistics operations from product receipt through final disposition, ensuring service levels, regulatory compliance and quality, safety and environmental standards
• Prepare KPIs and dashboards and lead monthly business reviews with logistics providers
• Analyse operational trends and develop corrective and improvement plans using reporting tools such as Celonis, BOBJ and BI
• Identify and lead logistics projects focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Develop a strong understanding of logistics provider processes, procedures and organisation
• Monitor inventory accuracy across systems, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Support Supply Chain budget preparation, variance analysis and reporting
• Potentially oversee operational invoicing activities, including purchase orders, invoice controls and reporting
