Job summary

ZTE Corporation in France is seeking a finance professional to support daily bookkeeping, VAT filings, and month-end closings for the local subsidiary. The role requires close collaboration with tax advisors, auditors, and Chinese finance colleagues on budgeting and performance data.

The candidate should be proficient in Excel, fluent in French and English, and possess a minimum of three years of local accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance.
• 3+ years local finance/accounting experience in France.
• Familiar with UK and French accounting standards and tax practices.
• French and English working languages; Chinese is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and other office software.

Responsibilities

• Support daily bookkeeping and voucher management for the local subsidiary.
• Prepare VAT/local tax filings and liaise with tax advisors to ensure tax compliance.
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank transactions; responsible for part of the collection work in France.
• Support month-end closing, year-end closing and audits, and provide required financial materials.
• Maintain local ledgers and financial archives, and standardize document and archive management.
• Support Chinese finance colleagues in providing funding, budgeting and performance data.
