IQVIA in Paris, France seeks a Local Clinical Project Manager to lead local study teams and ensure on-time delivery within budget and regulatory requirements. You will monitor sites, coordinate budgets, and manage CTMS setup at the country level.

The role requires at least one year of local clinical project management experience, plus strong English and French skills and cross-functional leadership. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in local clinical project management.
• Strong knowledge of CV, renal, metabolic diseases, or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time and on budget.
• Clinical Trial Phase III experience.
• Excellent understanding of the Clinical Study Process including monitoring.
• Very good command of English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead local study teams to deliver study commitments within country level.
• Coordinate site selection and site qualification visits.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and ethics communications in line with local regulations.
• Manage country budget and contracts.
• Set up and maintain CTMS and local websites as required.
• Oversee monitoring activities from activation to closure.
• Identify risks and escalate issues proactively.
• Organise regular Local Study Team meetings.
