English Nanny is seeking an experienced House Manager for a villa in Monaco. The role requires leadership of household staff, strong budgeting, and hands-on supervision of daily operations to ensure a safe, well-run home.

You will coordinate maintenance, vendors, and client contact, maintaining discretion and a proactive “can-do” attitude in a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a House Manager.
• Hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong people management skills.
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing.
• Positive 'Can Do' attitude toward issues that may arise.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain building, gardens and grounds to keep a safe, secure, well-maintained environment.
• Involve client contact, conduct negotiations and review documents.
• Manage all suppliers/contractors.
• Handle household bills and administrative duties.
• Run errands and perform necessary tasks.
• Supervise other household staff (housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses).
• Schedule home maintenance and supervise the project.

Duties

• Managing the development – the building, gardens and grounds – in an efficient and effective manner such that a safe, secure, well maintained and pleasant environment is maintained.
• It will involve a proportion of client contact, conducting negotiations and reviewing documents.
• Managing all of the suppliers/contractors
• Handling household bills and administrative duties
• Running errands and performing necessary tasks
• Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses
• Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
