EF Education First in Paris is seeking a Homestay Coordinator to act as the liaison between EF and host families across the region. You will visit homes, verify standards, maintain up-to-date records, and welcome new arrivals at the residence.

The role requires strong English and French, a people-first attitude, willingness to travel, and Sunday availability for residence check-ins. A driving licence or confidence navigating regional transport is helpful.

Qualifications

• English and French fluency required.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across the region.
• Able to work Sundays as part of regular schedule.

Responsabilités

• Host family visits and yearly cycle planning across the region.
• Quality checks against EF standards and collaboration with host families.
• Keep host family information updated online for accurate placements.
• Conduct Sunday residence check-ins and welcome arriving students.
• Support student welfare and act as point of contact for issues between students and families.
• Collaborate with teams through clear, positive communication.
