Job summary

Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking a Liquid Transport Derogation Specialist to manage prefectural and exceptional derogations for the safe, 24/7 supply of critical clients.

The role collaborates with regional authorities, transport operators, and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in Liquide transport.

You will support efficiency projects, data quality, and logistics planning initiatives within the Bulk Logistics Center.

Qualifications

• Bac +2/3 in transport/logistics with 3–5 years of experience in Liquids Supply Chain.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiar with safety standards and IT tools.
• Ability to interact with administrations and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual and spot derogation dossiers comply with regulations.
• Secure all exceptional transport operations by anticipating requests and validating them.
• Own the derogation process, tools and governance (audit readiness).
• Regularly interact with regional authorities (DDMT/DREAL) and carriers.
• Lead KPI pilots and analyze logistics data to reduce recurring derogations.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Au sein de la Direction Bulk Logistic Center, rattaché au Bulk Logistics Excellence Manager, le Liquid Transport Derogation Specialist est en charge des autorisation préfectorale exceptionnelle annuelle et ponctuelles liées aux OPEX planifiées avec les équipes Sourcing Production (Dérogation) permettant la circulation des véhicule de plus de 7,5 tonnes en période d’interdiction générale. L’obtention des dérogations constitue un enjeu primordial pour pouvoir assurer l’approvisionnement en 24/7 de nos clients critiques. Le Liquid Transport Derogation Specialist est en relation directe avec les autorités régionales (DDMT/DREAL), les transporteurs et les clients internes et externes. Il pourra s’appuyer en dehors des heures ouvrées pour des dérogations “D’astreinte” sur l’équipe du 24/7 d’Operational Planning France. Il soutiendra les projets d’efficacités logistiques et les initiatives concernant la qualité des données logistiques.

1. 1.Garantir la conformité des dossiers de dérogation Entretien une collaboration solide avec les autorités locales (DDMT /DREAL) S’assure de la conformité des dossiers de dérogation de nos clients critiques Se tient informé des évolutions réglementaires et documentaires de son périmètre de responsabilité
2. 2. Sécuriser les opérations de transport Sécuriser 100% des opérations de transport exceptionnel en anticipant les demandes et en vérifiant leur validité.
3. 3. Qualité Est garant du processus de gestion des dérogations, des outils et des rituels. S’assure de la conformité du processus, de la documentation et des outils pour répondre aux exigences du décret applicable (Audit)
4. 4. Relation Externes et Internes Est en relation régulière avec les autorités locales (DDMT/DREAL) Est l’interlocuteur unique pour toute demande de dérogation concernant le transport “Liquide” et Hydrogène. En dehors des heures ouvrées et pour des opérations ‘spot”, il aura le soutien des équipes 24/7 des activités Operational Planning France Relation avec nos clients/RC pour les justifications du besoin : lettre de motivation
5. 5.Performance et analyse de données Pilote les KPI Extrait les données d’ALTO pour analyser les tournées logistiques qui ont suscitées des dérogations pour comprendre les causes et identifier les solutions pour limiter les récurrences. Supporter les initiatives de qualité de données du cluster SWE Participer aux projets d’efficacité transports
