Ubisoft is seeking a legal professional to join the Legal Department in Paris. The role focuses on strategic partnerships and the distribution of our games, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with major digital platforms, console manufacturers, and technology partners.

You will draft distribution agreements for distribution across console, PC, mobile and VR, and advise internal teams globally on contract interpretation and practical implementation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in commercial transactions, business law and/or intellectual property gained in a law firm and/or in-house, within an international environment.
• Solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally with major digital players or technology companies.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate distribution agreements with console manufacturers and major platforms for games across console, PC, mobile and VR.
• Advise operational teams worldwide on interpretation and application of agreements and handle day-to-day legal matters related to distribution.
• Support the implementation and management of partnerships and other transactional or corporate matters as needed.
