Our client, a prestigious Luxembourg-based investment holding managing over €7 billion in assets, is currently looking for a Legal & Administrative Associate to join its very small and high-performing team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to evolve in a lean, demanding and globally connected environment, alongside top-tier professionals used to working with excellence standards comparable to leading investment or advisory firms.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate corporate, legal and compliance documentation across a network of international entities.
  • Manage and organize data rooms, KYC files, and governance reports.
  • Prepare and review board minutes, legal filings, and contracts with external advisors.
  • Support financial reporting and KPI consolidation in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, auditors, banks, and external counsels.
Your Profile
  • 5–10 years’ experience in legal / corporate / compliance / fiduciary / Big Four / investment environments.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal structuring, and documentation processes.
  • A proven ability to handle high workloads, multitask and deliver with precision.
  • Fluent in English and French; any additional language is a plus.
  • Motivated by excellence, rigor, and working within a small international team.
