The Lean Development expert is a key contributor to operational performance of VLL P&D. She/he’s responsible for:

  • Be ing the pr ivileg ed interface to Lean Development Manager / Transformation Manager
  • D eploy ment of Lean De velopment T ransfo Plan and IMPACT 30 roadmap on P&D VLL
  • Support te am on LEAN DEV principles and tools: AMDEC, VSM, Pb Solving, Visual Mgt , OBEYA

The main responsibilities are:

  • Coach /Train teams and animate workshops on LEAN tools AMDEC, VSM , pb solving
  • Push PM2020 organisation and PDCC principles
  • Coach teams on OBEYA and ensure OBEYA Tree consistency
  • Help to reduce reporting and meetings in reinforce management system
  • Push to solve actions and measure Transfo r mations ac tions deployment (DI method and OBEYA Transfo )
  • Prompt to log new transformations actions when participating to OBEYA or workshops
  • Bench and capture good implementation of lean dev actions on other sites of the group
  • Influence Region and group decision to promote performance key actions
  • Escalate pain points and ANDONS on transformation
