You will collaborate with product designers, QA, and UX researchers to shape the roadmap and ensure reliable, scalable UI across Windows 10/11+. This role offers growth into leadership and architecture decisions within a distributed engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI or similar, C#, XAML; additional native Windows experience (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record building production-grade desktop apps with focus on reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs and inclusive design.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading/async.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or related UI frameworks), C#, XAML, and — when needed — C++.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase, including performance and cross-version compatibility.
• Drive accessibility efforts: UI Automation, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA and others to shape feature planning and long-term roadmap for Windows platform.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features: conception → design → implementation → testing → release → maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, or compatibility problems.
