Job Overview
Lead UX Designer Is responsible for driving the design activity for key projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and conduct user research when required.
- Lead key projects ensuring each project is delivered on time and with best quality
- Constantly evolve design skills across research, IA, wireframes, tools and product thinking.
- Collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle from workshops, research to deliverables
- Demonstrate expertise in design especially in information architecture, interaction design, prototyping
- Be an unrelenting advocate for end users and help articulate user needs to various stakeholders when required
- Help improve the competency by participating in hiring and mentoring
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a 5 to 9 years of experience in UX related areas including user research, Interaction Design
You also have
- Critical thinking with ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Worked in a customer frontend role atleast 2 years
- Expert level knowledge in user journeys, information architecture, interaction design and prototyping
- Knowledge of design thinking and practical applications
- Knowledge of planning and executing user research – qualitative and quantitative
- Excellent communication, articulation, and oratory across the board
- Independent worker who can think outside the box to arrive at solutions.
- Exceptional portfolio of design work
- Expert level experience Figma. Knowledge of Sketch, Miro, Figjam and other relevant tools.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Knowledge of design systems including building one
- Hands on experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing activities
- Basic knowledge of visual design, branding etc ? Participations in reputed design conferences / papers published Tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop (optional), Illustrator (optional), After Effects (optional)
- Invision, Usability Testing (eg : Maze, User Testing etc), SurveyMonkey, ClickTale etc
