IGBMC in France seeks a Project Support Specialist (PSS) in transcriptomics to lead and coordinate a task-focused study within the European-funded P4Health project. The role involves coordinating scope, timelines, and deliverables with the PI, supervising staff, and ensuring milestones meet budget and schedule.

The position requires expertise in spatial and single-cell transcriptomics, protocol development, data integration, and collaboration across internal platforms and external partners.

Qualifications

• Defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with P4H PI at IGBMC.
• Setting timelines and work plans aligned with funding requirements and project goals.
• Supervising personnel and monitoring progress to meet milestones and budgets.
• Identifying risks that could impact task success and proposing mitigations.
• Providing reporting updates to the Principal Investigator.

Responsabilités

• Designing and managing spatial and single cell transcriptomic analyses based on internal platforms.
• Preparing protocols and SOPs for study execution including sample collection, analysis, and data interpretation.
• Coordinating data integration to ensure high-quality analyses and reporting.
• Collaborating with scientific teams to adapt methodologies to project outcomes.
• Providing scientific guidance and troubleshooting support to project teams and partners.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff and trainees involved in the project.
• Organizing training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
