Mammoet is seeking a Supervisor Special Devices to lead highly specialized lifting and transport operations across Europe. In this role, you will supervise teams dealing with advanced equipment, ensuring the execution of complex projects safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in heavy lifting and strong safety leadership skills. This position involves extensive travel and the opportunity to work on some of the most complex projects globally, backed by training and development through Mammoet Academy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy lifting, specialized transport, or complex crane operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead operator role in a project-based environment.
• Strong technical understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and lifting systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise preparation and execution of special lifting and transport equipment.
• Lead operational teams during complex lifts.
• Ensure activities comply with engineering plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics of equipment and site setup.
• Coach and mentor operators and junior supervisors.
