Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Paris to lead a high-energy store team, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on achieving sales goals, coaching staff, and maintaining inventory integrity in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will contribute to a technology-enabled in-store experience, develop staff through training, and embody brand values while engaging with diverse customers in both English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Actively lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and inbound/outbound inventory.
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on sales, product, and allocation to leadership.
