Job summary

Harmattan AI is seeking a Lead RF Engineer - Electronic Warfare to own the delivery of EW and SIGINT systems from concept to field deployment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure performance, robustness, and reliability.

Role requires extensive RF, GNSS, and radar system experience, with a track record of leading full lifecycles and strong communication skills. The position is based in Paris with on-site work and challenging, mission-driven objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years RF system engineering experience in RF/Radar/GNSS.
• Experience leading full system lifecycles (concept → prototype → validation).
• Strong RF, GNSS and Radar architecture background.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead an EW engineering team across disciplines.
• Architect EW systems and maintain SIGINT knowledge.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML teams.
• Perform feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and simulations.
• Oversee system integration, prototyping, and validation.
• Drive design and architecture reviews, ensuring traceability.
• Improve validation workflows and system documentation.
