The Lead Product Marketing Manager will own the positioning and go-to-market for a strategic AI-enabled bet, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing in a fast-growing, global environment.

UpSlide is the document production layer for financial services.
We orchestrate LLMs, machine learning, and workflow agents within Microsoft 365 to deliver reliable, quality outputs in the most efficient and cost-effective way. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, with 14+ years supporting financial services teams, we bring together expertise from the tech, finance and design fields to help clients like KPMG, BNP Paribas, Rothschild & Co. boost productivity while improving brand consistency across their corporate documents.
We are a certified B Corporation, upholding the belief that businesses should have a positive impact on society.
UpSlide is a productivity platform for Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), built for financial professionals in investment banking, private equity, asset management and advisory. Product Marketing sits at the centre of Product, Sales and Marketing: we decide how UpSlide is positioned, priced and sold.
You’ll join as Lead Product Marketing Manager, reporting directly to Matteo Bordin, our CPO. You’ll work with the PMM team, including Laure, Senior PMM, and day‑to‑day with Sales, Product and Marketing.
Lead PMM is level L4 on our individual contributor track, one step above Senior PMM. You won’t manage people. You will own the positioning and go‑to‑market of a strategic bet end to end, starting with our AI offer, and you will set standards the whole PMM team uses.
Why this role, now: AI is changing what our clients expect from their tools, and Microsoft Copilot and general AI assistants are now part of every buying conversation. We need someone who can make our value obvious in that market, price it right, and make Sales confident selling it.
Team goals: Product Marketing makes UpSlide easy to understand, easy to sell, and priced right. Concretely:
The impact on the business is direct: higher win rates, stronger pricing power, and shorter sales cycles.

First 3 months: Learn the product, customers and competitors fast. Audit our AI offer positioning, pricing and competitive files. At the same time, start shipping: refreshed battlecards, objection handling and sales deck sections that Sales uses in live deals.
By 6 months: Can update the positioning and go‑to‑market plan for UpSlide. First quarterly competitive review done. Support the levelling up of the PMM team on AI.
By 9 months: You can take a brand new offering from a blank page to launch on your own: market analysis, positioning, pricing input, launch kit and sales enablement. Have clear ARR impact.
We’ll conduct a reference check to learn how to help you thrive. On average, our process lasts 3 weeks.
International environment: Start‑up with five offices (Paris, London, Berlin, New York, Singapore) and users in more than 60 countries

Hybrid work: 3 days in‑office per week
Work‑from‑home budget: €500 WFH equipment budget
Flexi-work: Flex your schedule however works (e.g. bank hours across the fortnight to take a Friday off)
Wellness package: £45 per month for physical and mental wellness activities
Family support: Paid parental leave for birthing and non‑birthing parents
Holidays: 25 days plus public holidays & a half‑day of additional holiday per year of full service (up to 5 additional days)
