MRP-Global in Bordeaux seeks a Lead PHP & MuleSoft Developer to join a high‑performing tech team. The role requires 3 days on‑site weekly and leadership to design, develop and integrate business‑critical applications, mixing hands‑on coding with technical leadership.

You will mentor developers, build scalable PHP apps with Laravel/Symfony, design REST APIs and lead MuleSoft integration using Anypoint Platform and DataWeave. Strong API security and DevOps practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Strong PHP development experience, Laravel/Symfony.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Excellent REST API development and integration experience.
• API security experience (OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect).
• Git, CI/CD and Docker experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Fluent English and French.

Responsabilités

• Leading and mentoring developers and integration engineers.
• Designing and developing scalable PHP applications with Laravel or Symfony.
• Designing REST APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Leading MuleSoft integration using Anypoint Platform and DataWeave.
• Applying API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
• Conducting code reviews and promoting standards.
• Supporting Agile teams and technical design discussions.
• Supporting CI/CD, DevOps, release management and production issue resolution.
• Ensuring strong code quality, testing, documentation, security and performance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
