MRP-Global in Bordeaux seeks a Lead PHP & MuleSoft Developer to join a high‑performing tech team. The role requires 3 days on‑site weekly and leadership to design, develop and integrate business‑critical applications, mixing hands‑on coding with technical leadership.

You will mentor developers, build scalable PHP apps with Laravel/Symfony, design REST APIs and lead MuleSoft integration using Anypoint Platform and DataWeave. Strong API security and DevOps practices are essential.

• Excellent REST API development and integration experience.
• API security experience (OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect).

Lead PHP & MuleSoft Developer required to join a high-performing technology team in a permanent position based in Bordeaux, with 3 days per week required on-site.

Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform is essential.

Reporting to the IT Technical Lead, you will take a key role in the design, development and integration of business-critical applications, combining hands‑on software development with technical leadership, mentoring and the promotion of engineering best practices.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring developers and integration engineers.
• Designing and developing scalable, secure and maintainable applications using PHP, Laravel and/or Symfony.
• Designing and developing REST APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Leading integration development using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and DataWeave.
• Applying API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
• Conducting code reviews and promoting development and integration standards.
• Supporting Agile teams, technical design discussions and complex problem resolution.
• Supporting CI/CD, DevOps, release management and production issue resolution.
• Ensuring strong code quality, testing, documentation, security and performance.
• Working closely with technical, business and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Experience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong PHP development experience, ideally with Laravel and/or Symfony.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Excellent REST API development and integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, DataWeave, API-led Connectivity and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Experience with API security including OAuth 2.0, JWT and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and Docker/containerised environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven integration.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
