Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of naval architecture, submarine design, or related marine engineering.
• Strong understanding of hydrostatics, hydrodynamics, hull design and vessel performance.
• Experience with CFD, structural analysis/FEA and CAD tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the vessel's naval architecture from concept to sea trials.
• Define hull form, hull configuration, and hydrodynamic performance.
• Lead hydrostatic analysis including buoyancy, stability, trim and weight distribution.
• Run CFD/hydrodynamic simulations to optimise drag and underwater performance.
• Design and validate hull structures with structural analysis/FEA.
• Manage mass, volume and buoyancy budgets balancing systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, propulsion and control teams for full integration.
• Transition prototypes to manufacturing with real-world data refinement.
