Job summary

Seeds of Life Montessori Academy is seeking a passionate Lead/Co-Lead Montessori Teacher to join our Primary/Casa community full-time. You will design and deliver a holistic Montessori curriculum for ages 3–6, collaborating with your co-guide to foster independence and a caring classroom environment.

You will support neurodiverse learners through inclusive teaching, document progress for families, and participate in ongoing professional development with a leadership team dedicated to Montessori

Qualifications

• AMI/AMS Montessori credential for the 3–6 level preferred.
• Experience as Lead/Co-Lead in Montessori settings with ages 3–6.
• Strong understanding of child development and Montessori Method.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and neurodiverse learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and guide Montessori lessons addressing each child’s needs.
• Observe and document progress, with communication to families.
• Foster a calm, orderly classroom where children work independently.
• Collaborate with co-guide and staff to maintain environment and routines.
• Apply inclusive teaching practices for neurodivergent learners.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development.
• Uphold Montessori philosophy with grace, respect, empathy.
