Overview

Lead HR Business Partner – France (EMEA) is a senior advisory and country lead role for France within UKG’s HR team. The successful candidate will serve as the local country lead and senior advisor/business partner for leaders and managers across various business functions, delivering a broad range of HR services including organization optimization, leadership coaching and development, talent management, change management, policy development, workforce planning and employee relations, including acting as the company representative for the Works Council (CSE).

This role requires developing strong relationships with corporate HR centers of excellence, leading cultural change, challenging the status quo, and developing creative solutions to local and globally driven business challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the EMEA HR function in providing full-service HR business partner/consulting support to select client groups
  • Partner, advise, enable and influence management teams, through VP-level, on all aspects of people management and leadership; cultivate strong relationships with client leadership and employees
  • Manage employee relations cases in compliance with French law, including performance, disciplinary issues, and sickness absence, while coaching managers to handle matters effectively and fairly
  • Coordinate preparation for and represent the company before the CSE, including drafting and distributing the Ordre du Jour and supporting documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, drafting and presenting HR-related materials, ensuring compliance with French legal obligations, and fostering constructive relationships with employee representatives
  • Gain deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, and organization structure to understand business and industry dynamics
  • Drive Talent Management programs throughout the client group for optimal adoption and impact
  • Establish, monitor and report on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of HR programs
  • Identify talent gaps and development needs of the client group, its managers, key individuals, and people in key positions
  • Continue to build exceptional HR business partnering capabilities that contribute to company performance and make UKG a place where great people work
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in an HRBP and/or leadership role in country, with broad experience in organizational design, management coaching, team building, compensation, employee relations, works council (CSE), change management and HR program implementation
  • Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals in a high growth environment
  • Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change
  • Experience interpreting people analytics
  • Software or high-tech industry experience preferred
Profil et Formation – France
  • Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Développement Organisationnel ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans minimum dans un rôle de HRBP ou de direction RH, avec expertise en design organisationnel, coaching managérial, relations sociales, gestion du changement et animation du CSE
  • Esprit de collaboration et orientation client; capacité à créer des relations solides à tous les niveaux
  • Capacité à aligner les programmes RH avec les objectifs business dans un environnement à forte croissance
  • Expérience de l’accompagnement du changement et maîtrise de l’analyse des données RH
  • Une expérience dans le secteur technologique ou logiciel est un plus
