Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant 3D games-animation experience, ideally including AAA production.
• A strong portfolio, MotionBuilder keyframe and mocap expertise, and animation-system knowledge.
• Ability to lead creative decisions and communicate in English at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Establish movement style, timing and readability, supported by clear visual guidelines.
• Review prototypes and final animation, working with gameplay teams on responsiveness.
• Guide animation leadership and coordinate creative and technical departments.
