Les Nouvelles Recrues is seeking a part-time freelance Developer Lead to own the MACHINA Summit website. You will drive the build from Figma to production, implement a scalable front-end system, and coordinate with the RAISE design team and marketing.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development and rapid iteration while maintaining quality. You will work on migrating from Webflow to a coded stack, integrate with HubSpot and analytics tools, and ensure localization for an international audience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of front-end or full-stack experience with live marketing sites.
• Strong skills in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, plus experience with headless CMS and modern hosting (Vercel).
• Experience integrating marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, Tag Manager) and third‑party APIs.
• A sharp eye for design, performance, and SEO.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development with hands‑on AI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead the build and ongoing development of the MACHINA website and campaign landing pages from Figma to production.
• Translate the MACHINA design system into reusable front-end components.
• Own site performance, accessibility, SEO foundations, and analytics tracking.
• Ship updates quickly during peak periods without compromising stability.
• Integrate the site with HubSpot, ticketing, and automation workflows.
• Set up and maintain the CMS so the marketing team can update content independently.
• Support localisation and multi-language pages as MACHINA grows internationally.
