Lead Field Service Engineer (Critical Power)

Seattle, WA

Salaries range from $100k-$130k, plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, and Bonus scheme.

Our Client: Leading provider of critical power solutions, specializing in UPS systems and infrastructure for data centers, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems and associated critical power equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor field service engineers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Manage service schedules, emergency call-outs, and client communication for timely resolution.
  • Conduct site surveys, diagnostics, and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support upgrades and system optimization.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with UPS systems, batteries, and critical power infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills in field service operations.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and perform advanced troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites in the Seattle area and occasional overnight trips.
