Amadeus Hospitality is seeking a Lead Development Representative to support growth in the France and Benelux region. You will identify target accounts, initiate conversations via phone, email and social channels, and qualify leads to grow the early-stage pipeline.

Job Title Lead Development Representative - France and Benelux

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative commercial team supporting growth in the France & Benelux region. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales, using data and technology to identify opportunities and create meaningful customer conversations.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and engage target accounts across the France & Benelux region
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social channels
• Qualify leads using clear frameworks and contribute to early‑stage pipeline growth
• Maintain accurate data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales tools
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness
