Disney seeks a seasoned Lead Developer to guide design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications at Disneyland Paris. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, mentoring teams and shaping platform standards.

You will partner with Product Managers, Architects and Delivery Leads to translate objectives into executable plans, driving CI/CD, security, and modernization across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with enterprise-scale delivery.
• 3+ years in a technical lead/lead developer role.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing decisions.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, cloud-native Dev, API design.
• Proven collaboration with multi-disciplinary and international teams.
• Fluent English; French proficiency valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead design for large-scale apps and integrations.
• Contribute hands-on engineering for critical components.
• Guide architecture decisions and coding standards.
• Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, and feedback.
• Promote secure development, CI/CD, observability, and reliability.
