BIP France is seeking a Lead Data Scientist - Senior Manager to guide our data science team in developing advanced ML solutions and data-driven insights. You will shape our data strategy, drive innovation, and foster a culture of experimentation and excellence.

The role requires strong technical leadership, fluency in English and French, and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD is a strong plus; degree in CS, statistics, math, or engineering.
• 6–8+ years in data science with impactful ML/AI projects.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid knowledge of ML algorithms, modeling, NLP and/or CV.
• Experience with Spark/Hadoop and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
