A European data center firm in Marcoussis seeks a CE Technician Lead to oversee critical infrastructure monitoring and management. The role involves substantial teamwork, handling day-to-day operations, and leading a dedicated team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and incident management. Candidates should have a BTS minimum in electrotechnics and at least 5 years’ experience in critical environments, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Italian.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a data center or critical environment.
• Proven experience in 24/7 operations and incident management.
• Ability to perform technical maneuvers following relevant procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monitoring and management of critical physical infrastructure activities.
• Lead operational management of incidents: detection and diagnosis.
• Guide and train a team of 24/7 technicians.

Connaissances

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to provide root cause information

Excellent communication skills in Italian

Basic communication skills in English

Strong leadership and team management

Effective conflict resolution

Formation
