Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant proven professional experience in real-time embedded software engineering and architecture within regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in airworthiness regulations and software safety standards (DO-178B/C, DAL A to C).
• Architecture and design experience with component-based approaches and Product Line Engineering (PLE).
• Advanced technologies familiarity with many-core computing, data security and system safety.
• Proficient in English and French with good negotiation and communication skills in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering & Interface: serve as the technical link between customers and domain experts to capture and convert needs into certifiable software requirements.
• Software Architecture & Trade-offs: build complex architectures, balance technology choices with safety and reusability.
• Framework & Strategy Deployment: define and deploy modeling frameworks and Product Line Engineering strategies.
• Verification & Certification: plan development, verification, and certification strategies compliant with airworthiness regulations.
• Innovation & Pre-study Support: provide technical input for feasibility studies and drive process improvements with innovative technologies.
