Alstom in Saint-Ouen (Île-de-France) seeks an ATC Leader to steer the deployment of the Automatic Train Control subsystem for urban projects. You will coordinate the ATC team, manage interfaces with customers and suppliers, and drive delivery from planning to revenue service.

A Bac+5 engineering degree with lead experience in railway, aeronautics, or safety-related fields is required. Knowledge of system engineering, software development methodologies, change management, and English is essential

Qualifications

Engineer with Bac+5 in railway, aeronautics, nuclear or automotive.
Knowledge of system engineering and software development methodologies, configuration and change management.
Desirable knowledge of railway signalling domain, CBTC.
English mandatory; able to work in multicultural international environment.
Strong leadership and ability to communicate with executives and customers.

Responsabilités

Lead the deployment team and activities of the ATC subsystem workpackage in the respect of QCD commitments.
Interface with 3rd parties (customers, other Alstom departments, suppliers).
Implement the project delivery plan with respect to ATC activities up to revenue service, including QA, specs, data, validation and tests.
Follow applicable processes and standards and report to management.
