Alstom in Saint-Ouen, Île-de-France, is seeking a Train Control Subsystem Manager to lead the ATC deployment for urban metro projects. You will drive the subsystem work package from requirements through revenue service, coordinating with multiple departments and external partners.

The role requires an engineer with lead experience in rail/related sectors, strong system engineering knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects in a multicultural setting. English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

Engineer (Bac+5) with operational lead experience in railway, aeronautics, nuclear or automotive.
Knowledge of system engineering and/or software development methodologies, configuration and change management.
Development of complex industrial systems with V-Cycle, ideally safety related.
Desirable knowledge of railway signalling domain, CBTC advantageous.
Comfortable in multicultural / international environment; English mandatory.

Responsabilités

Lead the deployment team and activities of the ATC subsystem work package in the required QCD commitments.
Interface with 3rd parties (other Alstom departments, customer, Rolling Stock supplier).
Implement the project delivery plan for ATC activities up to revenue service, including QA/QC, requirements management, data preparation, validation & test, and onboard studies as needed.
Follow applicable processes and standards and contribute to their improvements.
Report to metier and project management.
