LRQA is seeking a Lead Auditor to verify management systems in quality, environmental and safety across client sites in France, onsite and remotely. You will contribute to service development and collaborate with international clients, driving improvements while leading teams as needed.

The role requires a strong background in management systems, local law awareness, and fluency in French and English. Expect travel and varied challenges in a dynamic, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Chemistry, Water treatment, Energy or Science
• Analytic, proactive attitude and ability to work with international clients
• Fluent verbal and written French and English (level C)
• Ability to manage audits and team leadership across multiple countries
• Familiar with monitoring and reviewing local laws and regulations
• IRCA or ICA qualification appreciated

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Auditor you will - alone or in a team - verify management systems in quality, environmental and safety.

You will act as an expert and examine and assess the implementation of management systems at our clients all around the country (onsite and remotely). Your goal is to contribute to the improvement of the overall systems. The broadening and deepening of the collaboration with our relations is also a great aspect of your job.

At middle term, based on your expertise, you will contribute to the development of our services. A very challenging and diverse job where you get to meet a lot of different people and very interesting (technical or manager) challenges!

What do we ask from you?

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Chemistry, Water treatment, Energy or Science
• Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in Industry / Services
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality, environmental and safety management systems
• Being familiar with monitoring and review of local law and regulations
• A good verbal and written knowledge of the French and English language (level C)
• Analytic insight and proactive attitude
• Able to manage international customers with a mixt of audits and team leadership
• Communicative and social skills
• Able to change each day your attitude (high reactivity)
• IRCA or ICA qualification will be appreciated

The context

• You are located in Paris, north, west France or Lyon area.
• Travels in France
• 180 days chargeable per year
• Class B driver's license
