Veepee recherche un Lead Data Analyst CRM pour renforcer l'équipe Marketing Data & Insight. Vous alliez expertise analytique pratique et mentorat, afin de piloter la stratégie CRM et de soutenir le développement de l'équipe.

Vous concevrez des dashboards à impact, bâtirez des modèles de données CRM sur la plateforme centrale et garantirez l'exactitude des livrables. Vous présenterez les résultats à la direction et au Codir, et accompagnerez les équipes dans l’application opérationnelle des

Qualifications

• Master en Mathématiques, Statistiques, Informatique ou Marketing avec spécialisation data.
• 5+ années en Data Analytics avec forte spécialisation CRM.
• Compétences en SQL, DBT et visualisation de données.
• Aptitude à superviser projets et personnes; excellente communication.
• Anglais courant exigé.

Responsibilities

• Diriger et coacher l'équipe CRM Analytics et garantir la qualité des livrables.
• Concevoir et maintenir des dashboards CRM et des modèles de données.
• Translater les données clients en recommandations business actionnables.
• Présenter les résultats à la direction et Codir.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

• Data drives strategic decisions at Veepee, particularly within the Marketing department. As a Lead Data Analyst, specialised in CRM , you will play a crucial role in the Marketing Data & Insight team. Combining hands‑on analytical expertise with technical mentorship, you will drive CRM analytics strategy while supporting and developing the team

• The missions, for you and the people you will mentor, will focus on bringing the appropriate support to the CRM team transforming complex customer data into actionable insights.

• As a lead, you will have to

  • Empower and upskill the team members, guiding their technical and functional growth.

  • Organize workloads and manage priorities.

  • Ensure methodology consistency and strategic alignment

  • Be the guarantor for data accuracy, reporting standards, and quality of communication.

  • Be a privileged interlocutor for Data Insight Director and CRM Director. Acting as a key analytical partner for them

MISSIONS

Analysis & Recommendations:

• Use Veepee data (Collect, analyze and interpret data) and provide actionable insights and concrete optimization levers for CRM (Ex : Commercial pressure management, Member Lifecycle scoring). Adapt your analysis depending on the context and current problems

• Proactively investigate ad-hoc business issues to deliver timely, context-aware diagnosis and guidance.

• Synthesize findings into clear, concise, and structured presentations. Present your results to stakeholders, including senior management and Codir member

Relevant Dashboard :

• Design and deliver high-impact dashboards that empower the CRM teams to track business performance efficiently and autonomously.

• Translate complex customer journeys into intuitive visual dashboards, empowering CRM campaign managers and marketing leads

Analytics Engineering : Design, build, and maintain CRM data models and analytical tables within the central data platform, following requirements and guidelines.

Data integrity : Ensure data integrity and quality by collaborating with technical teams (Tech Data team) to implement effective data management processes

Mentor analysts:

• Provide functional and technical mentorship to data analysts, enforcing rigorous standards to guarantee the accuracy, relevance, and coherence of all team deliverables.

• Coach analysts on problem-solving, data storytelling, and translating raw data into actionable business recommendations.

• Follow project execution and ensure deadlines are met

Supervise tool usage :

Supervise and standardize the team’s use of analytical and BI platforms

PRÉ REQUIS

• Master degree in Mathématiques, Statistiques, Informatique or Marketing (with a data specialisation).

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst with strong specialization in CRM analytics

• Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, encompassing the full data lifecycle from retrieval to results presentation.

  • DBT skills

  • Advance experience with data visualization tools,

  • Familiarity with CRM tracking tools and data architectures

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and Proven presentation & report writing skills

• A strong appetite for supervising projects and people

• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and CRM best practices.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent English mandatory
