EggAI is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide a small remote team building production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise clients. You will validate opportunities, redesign processes, and own the system from experiments through measurable adoption.

Across environments you will learn from production failures and set the architecture, tools, and models. This is a remote EU-only role with broad influence on engineering culture and client outcomes.
