As our AI Support Engineering Lead, you'll own how Support is built and scaled at Dust, tackling the hardest customer issues and turning insights into better agents, automation, tooling, documentation, and product improvements.

This deeply hands-on leadership role requires technical strength, a passion for shaping systems, and the ability to grow the team as Dust scales.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a support engineering function.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI systems and automation workflows.
• Define direction for the support stack and standards.
• Hire, onboard, and grow the support engineers.
• Investigate complex issues across logs, code, and tooling.
• Bridge customer pain to product improvements.
• Own the feedback loop end-to-end across teams.
