EWOR is building a new department and seeking exceptional operators and builders to join. You will lead core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI, translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.

You will architect scalable solutions, own end-to-end delivery, and contribute to a high-growth, equity-focused culture with autonomy and direct collaboration with the department founder.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas with openness to relocate or remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
