QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, is looking for a skilled software leader in Paris to guide agentic architecture design and technology decisions. You will mentor client teams, drive Agile adoption, and co-create scalable AgenticAI solutions across industries.

Based in the Paris office, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of software and AI engineers, data scientists, and tech consultants, shaping product strategies and engineering culture while delivering high-impact, user-centric

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/ML/AI or related field.
• 5+ years in software development with significant full-stack experience.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience across frontend and backend stacks.
• Experience with LLM frameworks and cloud platforms including Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with coding agents such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and reliability.
• Experience leading Agile teams and coaching developers.
• Fluent in English and French.
