Job summary

RIDE!, a NewSpace company with offices in Paris/Toulouse, seeks a Launch Mission Manager - PMO to scale launch operations. You will support the mission portfolio planning, risk monitoring, and reporting, progressively handling customer missions with increasing autonomy.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Mission Management, IT, and Sales teams, with a clear growth path and multilingual communication, as the company aims to become the new standard of access to space.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of space industry experience; internship or apprenticeship in PMO or project control is a strong plus.
• Professional English is a must; professional French is a plus.
• Strong planning, risk management and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and data quality in a PMO context.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced Mission Managers on customer missions and gradually take ownership of simpler missions.
• Help prepare customer reviews and track contractual deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to integration analyses, test activities and regulatory documentation (export licenses, frequency registrations).
• Build and maintain the master schedule of all customer missions and monitor portfolio health.
• Prepare portfolio reviews and dashboards with KPIs for management.
