ArchArch seeks an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completion. You will oversee design development, ensure goals are met on time and within budget, and collaborate closely with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture with 10+ years of experience, licensed preferred, and proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee the design development process and ensure project goals are met within budget and on time.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects.
• Develop project proposals and budgets.
• Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues during the construction phase.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and codes.
• Provide input on the development of studio-wide policies and procedures

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex architectural projects, overseeing design development, and ensuring project goals are met within budget and on time. The Senior Architect will also be expected to mentor and guide junior architects while working closely with the project team and clients.
