Purser White Architecture, PLLC is seeking a part-time, in-office with some work-from-home flexibility architectural student to assist Project Managers, Designers and Architects. You will help prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations and details using CAD/BIM tools, with a focus on drafting support and graphic design tasks under supervision.

Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills are essential as you work across multiple projects and contribute to production

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited architectural undergraduate or graduate program.
• Assist Project Managers, Designers, and Architects on multiple projects.
• Prepares and modifies architectural documents using CAD/BIM tools.
• Assist with drafting and graphic design tasks under supervision.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Who we are

We are a new firm founded in May of ’22 by Terry White & Dave Purser who have 50 years of collective experience in architecture. Our firm focuses on a variety of project types including: Commercial/Retail, Single/Multi-family Residential, Mixed Use Developments & Senior Living communities. We are registered to practice architecture in TN, GA, AL, KY & OH. We are a very collaborative firm and we’re expanding as our project opportunities are increasing. Criteria

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited architectural undergraduate or graduate program
• Ability to multitask and assist Project Managers, Designers, and Architects on multiple projects
• Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, as directed by others utilizing CAD/BIM
• Ability to assist with project completion with drafting & other routine architectural assignments under the supervision of one or more architects or project team members
• Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, as directed by others utilizing CAD/BIM Ability to assist with graphic design tasks using Photoshop
• Good communication, organization and collaboration skills
• Ability to work quickly & accurately

Required Skills

• Highly motivated, good team player with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate with project teams, and work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Ability to assist with production drawings
• Ability to work under supervision with proficient organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Revit
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Photoshop is a plus
• SketchUp is a plus

This position is part-time, in office with some work from home flexibility.
