Corning Inc. in France seeks a laboratory expert to design, analyze, and report on experiments, supporting scientists in execution and ensuring the lab runs smoothly.

You will act as a technical expert across lab techniques, oversee equipment maintenance, and contribute to process improvements while mentoring junior staff. You will also help draft SOPs, participate in IP-related activities, and work with internal customers to understand their needs and test samples.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as technical expert for all lab techniques and responsibilities.
• Oversees operation and maintenance of highly technical equipment.
• Provides inputs to experiment design for material properties and processes.
• Develops methods, tools and techniques to improve lab processes.
• Writes SOPs and reports; maintains lab documentation.
• Trains and coaches new personnel on equipment and processes.
• Participates in developing new processes or machines to improve current workflow.
