Job summary

Swan is seeking a KYC Supervisor to join its compliance team. You will balance hands-on reviews with mentoring, ensuring adherence to AML/CFT regulations while coaching the next generation of KYC specialists.

You will also help shape operational workflows and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk to optimize processes. English fluency and French/other EU languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience in KYC/AML/Financial Security in fintech/banking/startups.
• At least 1 year in a team supervisor/mentoring role.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing KPIs, coaching, and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Resolve complex cases and edge situations, providing compliant solutions.
• Maintain SME in regulations and participate in professional development.
• Onboard/train new team members on KYC/SOP with regular coaching.
• Oversee daily team health, schedules, and SLA coverage.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk on ad-hoc KYC projects.
• Lead continuous process improvements and quality controls.
