What You Will Do:

• Design & Product Development: Assist in the creation of collections by translating artistic vision into finished products.
• Prototype Follow-up: Work closely with ateliers and suppliers to refine prototypes based on creative and technical guidelines.
• Sourcing & Textile Innovation: Research new materials and technical solutions aligned with brand expectations.
• Technical Management: Maintain and update technical files and collection documents.
• Fitting Organization: Participate in fittings and propose relevant adjustments considering both design and production constraints.
• Trend & Inspiration Research: Analyze trends and provide creative references to enrich collections.

About You:

• Final year or recent graduate of a Fashion Design Program
• Eligible 'convention de stage' or internship form
• Background in fashion design, textiles, or product development.
• Strong affinity for luxury fashion and Haider Ackermann’s aesthetic.
• Solid understanding of product development processes (pattern-making, textile construction, finishing).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional English and Italian
• proficiency is a plus.
