ixolabs.ai is seeking a Khmer language linguist to guide AI models in processing and understanding Khmer. You will generate data, evaluate content for linguistic accuracy, and refine evaluation metrics to support robust language understanding.

The role requires native fluency, a background in Khmer linguistics, and experience with NLP projects or data evaluation for low-resource languages. Immediate start on a 4-month contract with flexible, part-time hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Khmer with expert reading and writing ability.
• Experience in translation, content writing, or linguistic analysis of Khmer.
• Deep understanding of Khmer grammar, syntax, and cultural communication norms.
• Ability to articulate linguistic issues and provide feedback for AI improvement.
• Prior involvement in NLP projects or data evaluation for low-resource languages is advantageous.
