Within Accors ENA Procurement Department you will join a dynamic Business Development team that supports our hotel partners across Europe. Your mission will be to develop and strengthen the use of our purchasing solutions manage a portfolio of hotels and drive commercial success while contributing to the transformation of our procurement activities.

What will you do

Develop and manage a portfolio of hotels ensuring strong adoption of purchasing solutions.

Drive commercial objectives by analyzing results monitoring performance indicators and developing sales opportunities.

Build lasting partnerships by visiting and engaging with key hotel partners and owners across Europe.

Recruit and onboard new hotel networks and properties with high purchasing potential.

Represent the Procurement Department by enhancing its visibility and reputation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Graduate from a business school with minimum 3 years experience in a commercial or business development role.

Experience managing and selling across multiple product lines and categories.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and nurture professional relationships.

Recognized for a service-oriented mindset and excellent commercial acumen.

Able to manage meetings set deadlines and coordinate projects effectively.

Comfortable with written communication and proficient in tools required to build impactful commercial materials.

Adaptable proactive and eager to contribute to the transformation of the Procurement Department.
