OTE: €85,000+

Bonus: Generous Unlimited Commission Scheme with no earnings threshold

We’re looking for highly motivated, personable, and commercially driven individuals to join us as Account Managers . This is a field-based role ideal for those who thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and making a tangible impact in the circular economy. You will be at the heart of our Source Local / Sell Global Strategy.

Your Role

As a Field-Based Account Manager , you will :

  • Develop New Accounts
  • Build local relationships with sellers of recyclable materials, including waste producers, collectors, and traders.
  • Manage Existing Accounts
  • Deliver a responsive, local service to maintain and grow long-term supplier relationships.
  • Secure & Manage Material Listings
  • Gather detailed, accurate information about available materials and list them on our online Recycling Marketplace. Review and update listings quarterly.
  • Negotiate Price & Availability
  • Work with suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices while ensuring optimal value and availability for buyers.

Ideal Candidate
