Description du poste

You will join the Finance & Administration Department of Kappa France, reporting to the CFO, and managing a team of four accountants.

Your main mission will be to guarantee the reliability of the Group’sfinancial statements and supervise accounting flows, closings, andconsolidation, in full compliance with applicable accounting and taxregulations.

Who We're Looking For

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (DCG) or a Master’s degree in Accounting and Management (DSCG)
• You have successful experience of 3 to 5 years as an Accounting Manager, ideally within an international group environment.
• Strong knowledge of French GAAP and tax regulations
• Ability to supervise and organize the work of an accounting team
• Recognized for your reliability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• You are rigorous, organized and proactive
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with accounting software (D365 preferred)
• Comfortable with written English for communication with the Italian headquarters
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a sense of curiosity, collaboration, and clear communication
